Staff RF Electronics Engineer

This is a senior engineering opportunity focused on the development and integration of advanced RF subsystems supporting mission-critical aerospace and defense platforms.You will contribute to the full systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements development and trade studies through integration, testing, and verification.The role combines RF technical expertise with systems engineering, supplier management, risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.You will work across communications and RF technologies spanning VHF through Ka bands, including airborne military applications.A key part of the position involves evaluating subsystem performance, troubleshooting hardware, and validating requirements through laboratory, ground, and flight testing.You will interact directly with engineers, program leadership, suppliers, customers, and other technical stakeholders to drive successful program outcomes.This role is based in Melbourne, Florida, with a 9/80 schedule offering every other Friday off, ...
