Staff Product Operations Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Operations Specialist based in United States. This role serves as the operational bridge between product development and the teams responsible for using, supporting, and delivering new products and capabilities. You’ll build scalable approaches for product launches, organizational change, readiness, enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement. Working across Product, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Support, and other functions, you’ll help ensure product changes translate into successful real-world outcomes. You’ll also establish feedback loops that bring insights from patients and frontline teams back into product planning and decisions. As part of a fast-growing environment, you’ll contribute to pilots, product processes, planning rhythms, and cross-functional initiatives. Your work will help strengthen how innovative technology is adopted and ultimately improve the patient experience.
