You will own the journey from discovering and picking up shifts to building a strong reputation, understanding earnings, and returning over the long term. The role places Professional Lifetime Value at the center of product strategy, connecting engagement and retention with marketplace health and business performance. You will work closely with the product leader responsible for the facility side to balance the needs of both sides of the marketplace. Working within an augmented product model, you will define priorities, product direction, and non-negotiables while delivery partners determine implementation.
