Now we're hiring our first dedicated Staff PM to own it all - pricing, packaging, billing, and placement - across a business that's bootstrapped, profitable, and trying to nearly double our paid customer base by the end of 2027. This role is both strategy and execution. Close's customers are ambitious small businesses: founders, agencies, coaches, service teams.
