Staff Product Manager, Activation

As the PM for Activation & Onboarding, you’ll own conversion and activation for Vanta’s agentic self-serve front door, building and relentlessly optimizing an experience where the Vanta agent sets up and runs each customer’s security program, seamlessly connected to the sales and success teams who support customers along the way. The Activation & Onboarding team is building the agentic front door to Vanta: an onboarding experience where the Vanta agent sets up, configures, and starts running a customer's security program for them, instead of handing them a checklist. The team owns how new small customers get from signup to value across the full platform (GRC, Trust Center, TPRM, Risk, Access, Privacy), and owns the product experience for onboarding your company to Vanta.
