This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Engineer, Enterprise AI based in Canada. This is a high-impact product engineering role focused on building an open-source, enterprise-ready AI platform.You’ll work across the full stack to turn ambiguous product ideas, user needs, and enterprise requirements into shipped capabilities.The role spans AI-powered chat, search, research, workflow automation, administration, integrations, and enterprise workflows.You’ll own features from concept and technical planning through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.You’ll collaborate with product, design, engineering, enterprise-facing teams, and open-source contributors in a globally distributed environment.The position offers significant autonomy and requires strong judgment across usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and speed.You’ll also help establish reusable engineering patterns and feedback loops that enable the product to scale effectively.
