Staff Product Designer, DeFi

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer, DeFi based in United States. This is a senior design leadership role shaping the experience strategy for a growing decentralized finance product ecosystem.You will own end-to-end experiences across spot trading, margin, prediction markets, liquidity, and related financial workflows.The role combines exceptional product design craft with strong product judgment and deep fluency in financial markets and DeFi.You will partner closely with product and engineering from strategy through launch while remaining hands-on with the most critical product flows.You will help build and lead a design team capable of supporting an expanding product surface and diverse user base.The work spans retail traders, professional users, market makers, liquidity providers, institutions, and developers.Success means making complex financial systems understandable while preserving the information users need to assess risk, execute effectively, and build trust.
