Staff Product Designer - Analytics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer - Analytics based in India. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design of intuitive, insightful, and actionable experiences within a complex Analytics product. You will shape how customers interpret and act on business data across dashboards, reports, visualizations, and core product workflows. Working across the full product lifecycle, you will contribute to discovery, research, strategy, ideation, execution, and iteration. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering to influence product direction while creating scalable systems and cohesive user experiences. The role combines strong design craft with systems thinking, customer advocacy, and strategic product influence. You will also help raise the quality of the broader design practice through mentorship, collaboration, and thoughtful design leadership.
