Staff Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer based in the Canada. This is a high-impact design leadership role focused on shaping the foundational systems behind a rapidly evolving B2B SaaS product.You’ll own the design of a core platform spanning data, permissions, integrations, workflows, and enterprise experiences.Rather than receiving fully defined specifications, you’ll identify problems, frame opportunities, and establish product direction from the ground up.Your decisions will influence interaction patterns and system foundations that other product teams and designers build upon.You’ll combine deep user research, systems thinking, product strategy, and hands-on design to solve complex customer problems.The environment is highly collaborative and startup-oriented, with significant autonomy and room to introduce structure where needed.You’ll also raise the design quality across the organization by influencing cross-functional leaders and coaching fellow designers.
