Staff Platform Engineer, Cloud Developer Experience

Our partner is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer, Cloud Developer Experience based in the United States. This is a high-impact Staff Engineer opportunity focused on shaping the developer experience for a globally distributed engineering organization.You’ll own and evolve the systems that take code from source control through production, with a strong focus on modern CI/CD practices.The role combines hands-on software development, platform engineering, and technical leadership across multiple engineering teams.You’ll help advance progressive delivery, GitOps, canary deployments, automated rollbacks, and self-service developer workflows.You’ll also contribute to Internal Developer Platform capabilities and embed AI-assisted tooling into software development workflows.Working closely with senior engineers and engineering leaders, you’ll influence standards and practices across a large-scale cloud-native environment.This is an ideal role for a technically strong platform leader who enjoys solving complex delivery challenges while improving engineering velocity and reliability.
