Staff Outcome Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Outcome Designer based in the United States. This is a high-impact design systems and technology leadership role focused on scaling how design work gets created, evaluated, shipped, and improved. You will build the systems and infrastructure that enable Product Designers and Design Engineers to work with greater speed, consistency, and leverage. The role combines agentic AI, design systems, automation, production infrastructure, and exploratory product design. You will establish new ways of working where automation handles repeatable processes while human judgment remains focused on the decisions that matter most. You will also lead ambitious projects exploring the future of agentic customer experiences and emerging technologies. Working across traditional design and engineering boundaries, you will operate with significant autonomy and help define the playbook for a new discipline.
