Staff Fullstack Engineer

This is an early, high-impact engineering opportunity within a growing AI-native fintech SaaS environment.You’ll work closely with executive leadership to shape the architecture and technical direction of a core platform.The role combines hands-on full-stack development with system design, engineering standards, and technical leadership.You’ll own complex features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through testing and production delivery.Your work will directly influence a platform relied upon by thousands of finance professionals and teams.You’ll also help establish engineering practices and culture as the organization scales.The environment is fully remote and distributed across Canada, the US, and LATAM, with a strong emphasis on ownership and collaboration.
