Staff Frontend Engineer - Grafana DataViz

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer - Grafana DataViz based in the United States. This is a senior technical leadership role focused on building and evolving data visualization experiences for a widely used observability platform. You’ll work within the DataViz squad to make complex data easier to explore, understand, and act on. The role combines hands-on engineering with mentorship, architectural thinking, and cross-team collaboration. You’ll lead multi-quarter initiatives from problem discovery through rollout while keeping user feedback and measurable outcomes at the center. The environment is fully remote and globally distributed, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, transparency, open source, and asynchronous collaboration. You’ll also have access to modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, testing, refactoring, documentation, and engineering workflows.
