This is a high-impact Staff Engineering role focused on transforming how software engineers build, test, deploy, and ship products.You will own developer experience across CI, build tooling, codebase health, deployment workflows, and AI-assisted development.The role has a clear mandate to significantly improve engineering productivity across a team of approximately 80 engineers.You will remain deeply hands-on, making high-leverage technical changes across unfamiliar systems, languages, and services.You will also evaluate and scale agentic coding tools while measuring their real-world impact on engineering velocity and quality.Success requires technical depth, strong judgment, and the ability to influence an entire engineering organization without direct management authority.This is an opportunity to create improvements that benefit both internal engineering teams and the developers using the resulting products globally.
