Staff DevOps Engineer, IaC

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer, IaC based in United States. This senior DevOps role owns the path from code commit to safe, reliable production deployment across a large-scale cloud environment.You will lead the strategy and architecture for CI/CD, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code, with Terraform at the center of the platform.The role combines hands-on engineering with organization-wide technical leadership, establishing standards that enable teams to ship quickly and confidently.You will design scalable, cloud-agnostic infrastructure patterns across AWS and expanding Azure or GCP environments.Your work will improve deployment reliability, security, observability, cost awareness, and engineering velocity across multiple teams and regions.You will also drive IaC adoption, mentor engineers, and partner closely with Development, QA, Security, and IT.This is a high-ownership opportunity for an experienced engineer who wants to shape release engineering and infrastructure strategy at enterprise scale.
