Staff AI Process Specialist

The Staff AI Process Specialist will lead enterprise-critical process improvement and digital transformation initiatives with significant operational and financial impact. This senior role works across functions including Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, R&D, and HR. You will identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics, process mining, and modern improvement methodologies to complex business challenges. The position combines technical process design, organizational change, stakeholder leadership, and AI-enabled transformation. You will independently drive high-visibility initiatives from discovery and solution design through implementation, adoption, and measurable results. Success requires strong executive presence, technical fluency, structured problem-solving, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, globally distributed environment.
