Staff Accountant

Role Overview The CEO’s Right Hand (TCRH) is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our remote accounting team. Based in Latin America, this role supports TCRH’s U.S. based client portfolio across a variety of industries, owning the work from transaction processing through month end close under the direction of an Accounting Manager. You are accountable for the quality of what you hand off: you review your own work through a defined close process and deliver it complete, reconciled and ready for review. This position is ideal for an experienced accountant who is fluent in English, works independently, communicates proactively, and is looking for a long term role with a firm that invests in career growth and promotes from within. You will work alongside our controllers and fractional CFOs, with a defined path from Staff Accountant to Senior Staff Accountant and Accounting Manager.
