The Sr. Training Coordinator – RCM will lead the development and delivery of training programs supporting revenue cycle management and related administrative functions.This role combines instructional design, training coordination, systems enablement, and process improvement within a healthcare environment.You will develop curricula, job aids, playbooks, eLearning, workshops, and presentations that help employees build the knowledge required to perform effectively.Working closely with operational and quality teams, you will identify knowledge gaps and translate them into targeted learning solutions.You will also support the rollout of new systems, processes, and technology updates while helping improve operational efficiency.The role offers broad visibility across RCM functions and requires a proactive, organized professional who can influence learners and stakeholders at multiple levels.
