This is a senior, highly technical client-facing role supporting a small portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers architect, operate, and scale complex AI and data platforms.The role combines hands-on architecture and troubleshooting with strategic account planning and executive-level communication.You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, engineering, product, and client technology teams to turn business priorities into effective technical solutions.You’ll also contribute to the evolution of field engineering practices through documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.The environment is fast-moving and technically sophisticated, with opportunities to influence innovative approaches across cloud, data, MLOps, and AI.This position is ideal for an experienced architect who enjoys solving complex customer challenges while building lasting technical partnerships.
