The Strategic Sourcing team at Pinterest is a highly leveraged group with the opportunity to drive meaningful business impact through cost optimization, stronger supplier partnerships, and scalable procurement practices. This role will be a key partner supporting our corporate product and service needs, heavily focused on Workplace/Facilities Legal services, and other G&A related functions,, leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives across significant-spend services and contracts—balancing cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for corporate services, including Workplace/Facilities and Legal categories, as well as intake, scoping, market analysis, RFP/RFQ execution, supplier selection, negotiation strategy, contracting support, and ongoing supplier management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, work to build strong relationships, translating business requirements into sourcing strategies, and guiding stakeholders through tradeoffs (cost, risk, timeline, service levels).
  • Lead competitive bidding events (RFPs) and commercial negotiations for significant-spend projects (e.g., facilities services, design & construction support, workplace operations, food services, real estate-related services, legal services/vendors, and other G&A service
