This senior individual contributor role helps shape and execute People Enablement strategy throughout the M&A lifecycle.You will translate transaction objectives into structured integration plans, governance frameworks, and coordinated execution across multiple workstreams.The position spans due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, change management, stabilization, and post-close transition.You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and People Enablement leaders, bringing structure and clarity to complex, confidential initiatives.Working across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, Payroll, and FP&A, you will drive alignment and ensure critical activities remain on track.The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on program execution, risk management, employee experience, and continuous improvement.This is an opportunity for an experienced M&A professional to influence high-impact transactions while helping build scalable integration practices and capabilities.
