Sr. Solutions Consultant, Higher Education

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Solutions Consultant, Higher Education based in United States. This is a senior pre-sales role focused on helping higher education and enterprise customers turn complex technical needs into compelling, practical solutions. You will serve as the technical backbone of the sales cycle, partnering closely with Account Executives from discovery through contract signature. The role combines consultative selling, solution design, technical demonstrations, integrations, and executive-level communication. You will translate customer requirements into architectures and proposals that clearly demonstrate business value. Working across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Solution Architecture, you will also influence product direction through customer and market insights. The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, with AI used extensively to accelerate research, discovery, technical responses, and solution development.
