Higharc is seeking a hands-on Sr. Software Engineer to bring framing and structural analysis to the products homebuilders use every day. You'll be an early member of a new team, working on emerging technology where the roadmap, and the team around it is still taking shape. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll help set technical direction as much as you write code, and you'll be comfortable with priorities shifting as the team finds its footing. It's primarily an individual-contributor seat with room to grow into a tech lead. You don't need to be a career structural engineer, but structural or mechanical engineering experience is a real asset as you'll be the person who understands how framing and structural systems actually work and can turn that into software.
