This is a hands-on opportunity to build the software systems that bring framing and structural analysis into modern homebuilding workflows.You’ll join an emerging team where you can influence technical direction, shape the roadmap, and help establish engineering practices from the ground up.The role combines software engineering with structural or mechanical engineering expertise to solve complex problems through algorithms and mathematical models.You’ll move ideas from early prototypes to reliable, production-ready software while balancing speed, correctness, and maintainability.Working closely with product, customer success, and engineering partners, you’ll translate real-world customer needs into robust technical solutions.The environment is highly collaborative, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity, giving you meaningful ownership over both the technology and its evolution.There is also an opportunity to grow into a technical leadership role as the team and product mature.
