Sr. Site Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Site Manager based in the United States. This is a senior construction leadership role overseeing complex installation and site operations for large-scale material-handling projects.You will lead subcontracted installation teams through construction, testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.The role combines responsibility for technical execution, schedules, budgets, site coordination, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.You will work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, customers, general contractors, and specialized trade partners.Your leadership will be central to resolving field issues, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring work meets design, safety, and quality expectations.The position offers significant autonomy and visibility across project sites, with responsibility for coordinating multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, and structural work.This is a full-time remote position requiring extensive travel, typically 80–90%, to active project locations throughout the United States.
