Sr Salesforce Developer (Health Cloud & AI)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer (Health Cloud & AI) based in India. This is a senior, hands-on Salesforce engineering role focused on delivering Health Cloud capabilities in an AI-first development environment.You will build and ship business-critical features using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and modern integration patterns.The role combines deep Salesforce expertise with AI-assisted development through tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.You will also integrate AI-powered agents into Salesforce workflows while ensuring enterprise-grade security, quality, and reliability.Working closely with AI engineering, integration, and delivery teams, you will help accelerate development without compromising engineering standards.The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and healthcare-focused, with particular attention to PHI/HIPAA requirements.Success means delivering roadmap features faster, integrating reusable AI capabilities, and establishing a higher standard for AI-augmented Salesforce development.
