Sr. Recruiter, Spanish Speaking

This is a 12-month fixed-term Talent Acquisition role supporting recruitment across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You’ll manage full-cycle hiring across diverse functions, including Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance & Accounting. The role offers the opportunity to shape talent pipelines, engage high-quality candidates, and influence hiring outcomes in a fast-paced global environment. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience. Strong Spanish and English communication skills will be essential when partnering with candidates and stakeholders across multiple markets. You’ll also contribute to employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruiting initiatives that support future business needs.
