ABOUT THE ROLE The Growth Marketing Operations (GROMO) team serves as the operational backbone of Growth, delivering accurate, compliant, and consistent member communications at enterprise scale across email, SMS, push, direct mail, and emerging channels. As we transition to an AI-first operating model, we need a Project Manager who will architect the systems and scaffolding that enable the entire team to work in an agentic way. We're hiring a Senior Project Manager / AI Implementations to lead GROMO and the broader Growth team toward AI adoption and optimal usage. This role sits within the Project Management Office (PMO) and represents a strategic investment in both building the infrastructure that enables distributed innovation and owning the outcomes of that transformation.
