Sr Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Product Designer based in United States. This is an opportunity to shape AI-native products designed for complex, mission-critical environments. You’ll own ambiguous design challenges from discovery through delivery, working across multiple concurrent projects with significant autonomy. The role focuses heavily on defining intuitive interaction patterns for agent-driven and conversational experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn complex workflows and data into clear, usable experiences. You’ll also help evolve a shared design system, establish prototypes, and raise the quality bar through thoughtful UX reviews. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll influence product direction while mentoring designers and strengthening design practices across the organization.
