This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Power BI & DBA based in United States. This is a hands-on senior role responsible for building and leading an enterprise Power BI and database environment from the ground up. You will design impactful dashboards, semantic models, and data solutions that support executive and operational decision-making. The role combines Power BI development, platform administration, SQL Server expertise, data governance, and automation. You will establish scalable standards, security practices, and self-service BI capabilities across the organization. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will also mentor other BI professionals and help shape the long-term data and analytics strategy.
