Join a global, remote-first People Operations team supporting employees across multiple countries and employment models.You’ll take ownership of critical employee lifecycle processes and ensure accurate, timely, and consistent HR operations.The role combines hands-on employee support with process improvement, data management, compliance, and HR technology.You’ll work across India, US, and EOR populations while partnering with Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People Technology teams.There is significant scope to improve workflows, automate repetitive activities, and introduce AI-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.You’ll also play an important role in maintaining high-quality employee data, strengthening operational controls, and managing sensitive information responsibly.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced People Operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and globally distributed environment.
