Sr. Paid Social Growth Manager

As a Senior Paid Social Growth Manager, you’ll lead paid social growth across a portfolio of 3–5 ecommerce and direct-to-consumer accounts.You’ll own Meta and Instagram campaign strategy, media buying, optimization, creative direction, and performance analysis.Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, revenue growth, and the achievement of ambitious client KPIs.You’ll collaborate closely with growth strategists, media buyers, creative teams, and client stakeholders to turn business objectives into scalable campaigns.The role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, data analysis, and creative problem-solving.You’ll work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability, ownership, and continuous experimentation are highly valued.This is an opportunity to take significant ownership of high-growth accounts while deepening your expertise in paid social and ecommerce acquisition.
