Sr Manager - Technical Quality

This role sits at the intersection of operations, manufacturing engineering, and technical quality, with a strong focus on prevention and process excellence. You will establish the systems and controls that enable consistent, reliable production across a network of co-manufacturing partners. The position combines technical problem-solving, process engineering, quality systems, and new product manufacturing readiness. You will help eliminate variation in dry-powder processing while strengthening specifications, validation practices, and manufacturing capabilities. Working closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, QA, and external manufacturing partners, you will have significant ownership and autonomy.
