Sr Manager of Field Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Manager of Field Operations based in United States. The Sr Manager of Field Operations will lead and develop a team of Clinical Specialists supporting North American clinical trial sites in a highly specialized structural heart environment. This role combines strategic people leadership with hands-on clinical expertise to ensure safe, consistent, and protocol-compliant trial execution. You will oversee field performance, procedural case coverage, site engagement, team capability, and operational readiness across multiple locations. Working closely with Clinical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, and other partners, you will translate field insights into stronger execution and improved site performance. The role requires deep TAVR expertise, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in high-acuity settings. It offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the advancement of innovative therapies designed to improve outcomes for patients with aortic stenosis.
