Sr. Manager, Global Payroll & HRIS

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Global Payroll & HRIS based in United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing global payroll and HRIS operations, with a primary focus on U.S. payroll. You will own complex payroll processes, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and strengthen operational accuracy across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines hands-on payroll expertise with strategic process design, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, and Treasury to build scalable and accountable processes. You will also lead HRIS data integrity, reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvements. This role is well suited to an experienced payroll leader who can operate strategically while maintaining a strong focus on detail, compliance, and execution.
