We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. We expect Product Managers to develop a deep understanding of our specific position in the healthcare ecosystem, our product vision, the value we deliver to customers & users, and our market differentiation.
In this role you will collaborate with and influence cross-functional peers including clinicians, analysts, operational teams, client success executives, and client support associates to ensure the long-term growth and success of Signify’s products.
Our innovative products, industry, and competition are evolving and growing quickly, and we are excited to add to our collective expertise. Our team is guided by the company’s mission to build a healthier place for us all to live and age in. If you’re looking for a rewarding career opportunity and working with a highly motivated and experienced cross functional team that is passionate about solving the hardest problems in the US healthcare system, this is the role for you.
This role will report to our Lead Director of Scheduling and Planning Excellence.
This role will own Signify’s scheduling and fulfillment product roadmap — building the systems that match members with the right clinician at the right time and ensure those at-home visits are reliably completed. You will design intelligent fulfillment and scheduling products that connect member needs with clinician supply, maximize completed visits, and protect a high-quality experience for both members and providers.
Define and execute the product strategy for member-to-provider matching and scheduling — including availability, eligibility, member preferences, urgency, geography, and provider skill/credentials — to deliver the right visit, with the right clinician, at the right time
Own the appointment fulfillment and influence day-of execution experiences like reschedules, cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute changes, so that scheduled visits reliably convert into completed visits
Partner with engineering, data science, and operations to design scheduling logic that balances member priority, clinician capacity, route feasibility, and client-mandated outreach constraints
Communicate complex concepts, both written and verbally, to influence peers and stakeholders to make decisions or adjust approaches when needed
Proactively identify user or business needs and recommend innovative solutions. When necessary, drive tradeoff conversations and negotiate with teams and stakeholders to achieve roadmap objectives. Deliver incremental user value by having a cross-functional view of the problem
Develop a clear vision and short term and long-term roadmap with value definitions and measurable output; communicate this roadmap with customers and across the organization
Observe and interview users — members, schedulers, and clinicians — across multiple product lines to aggregate and connect their feedback into defined problem statements
Coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations across departments and product lines
Understand high-level strategic levers and drivers of the business. Develop and measure KPIs for scheduling fill rate, completed visit rate, time-to-schedule, and member/clinician experience to define, track and communicate value delivery
Understand the healthcare industry, key trends, and current news and movement in the market
Bachelor’s degree
7 or more years of professional experience including 5 years of product experience
Demonstrated ability to audit complex technical architectures, identify system bottlenecks, and successfully launch simplified, scalable product experiences that improve operational efficiency or customer satisfaction.
A strong track record of delivering products and ensuring customer success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience conducting user research, field observations, or interviews to develop structured problem statements, user personas, and journey maps that directly justify and prioritize product backlog features
Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources to drive conclusions and recommendations. When the data isn’t available, you are able to lead the charge to gather it
Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced, or '0-to-1' product environments, with a track record of establishing product processes, setting KPIs, and driving delivery with minimal oversight
Experience building scheduling, matching, or marketplace products that balance two-sided supply and demand — ideally in healthcare, field services, logistics, or on-demand operations — where availability, geography, and constraints all factor into the right match
Track record designing day-of execution and recovery flows (reschedules, cancellations, no-shows, last-minute changes) that measurably improve completion rates and protect clinician/provider productivity
Comfort partnering with data science and engineering on optimization, constraint-based, or ML-driven decisioning, and translating those models into clear product surfaces for schedulers, members, and clinicians
Prior experience working within complex, highly regulated industries (e.g., US healthcare, logistics, or finance) with a proven ability to navigate compliance, regulatory, or multi-stakeholder constraints to launch a product.
Demonstrated history of identifying inefficiencies in existing legacy systems, workflows, or product lines, and successfully pitching and executing a data-driven optimization or redesign
