Sr. Manager, Client Satisfaction Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Client Satisfaction Operations based in India. This is a senior operations leadership role focused on delivering a consistently high-quality client experience across a dedicated support function. You will oversee daily operations, team performance, service levels, and key performance indicators while ensuring business objectives are met. The role combines people leadership, operational discipline, stakeholder management, and continuous performance improvement. You will work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to identify priorities, resolve challenges, and maintain strong service delivery. The position offers the opportunity to shape team performance, strengthen operational processes, and contribute directly to client satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity in India with rotational night-shift hours.
