Sr. Implementation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Implementation Consultant based in United States. This newly created role combines pipeline integrity expertise, SaaS implementation, project management, and customer success.You will oversee assigned clients throughout pilots, implementations, training, product adoption, and ongoing engagement.The position is highly customer-facing, with approximately 80% of the work focused on external stakeholders and 20% on internal collaboration.You will configure solutions, load and analyze data, execute models, present results, and help customers turn insights into business outcomes.The role also provides opportunities to influence product development through customer feedback, enhancement requests, and market insights.Success requires strong technical knowledge of pipeline integrity, excellent relationship management, and the ability to manage complex client requirements.Travel across North America and internationally may be required to support customers and implementation activities.
