Sr. HR Technology Engineer

This is a senior technical role responsible for the architecture, configuration, security, and operational performance of an enterprise HR technology ecosystem.You will serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and provide advanced guidance on platform decisions, access governance, and process design.The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership across system releases, integrations, upgrades, and major implementations.You will work closely with HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure HR systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable.The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to improve technology supporting the full employee lifecycle.You will also mentor technical peers, strengthen documentation, and promote continuous improvement across HR Technology Operations.The role is ideal for an experienced HR technology professional who enjoys solving complex problems while remaining deeply hands-on.
