Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated enterprise sales hire who will shape how Rula shows up in the health system and provider network spaces. You'll open doors at major health systems and large physician groups that are struggling to meet their patients' mental health needs. Then you'll help them design referral partnerships that actually work. You'll build relationships with clinical leadership, understand their operational challenges, and connect them with our network of behavioral health providers.
This role sits within our growing Partnerships team and reports directly to our Director of B2B Partnerships. Youβll be collaborating cross-functionally with many different roles within Rula as these partnerships touch nearly all aspects of the business. This work is made meaningful by expanding access to mental health care for thousands of patients who otherwise might wait months for an appointment or never get connected to care at all.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of related professional experience in enterprise sales within the healthcare / healthtech industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment. Documentation of rankings / performance required
- Strong knowledge of health systems, their organizational structures, and purchasing processes
- Excellent sales communication, presentation, technology, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

- 2+ years of experience at a high-growth start-up
- 3+ years of experience selling a product that required ongoing personal account management
