Sr. Grant Writer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Grant Writer based in the United States. The Senior Grant Writer will join a growing development team and play a key role in advancing a national workforce development organization’s fundraising efforts. You will lead the development of compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports for prospective and existing funders. The role offers significant exposure to six- and seven-figure funding opportunities and requires close collaboration across development, program, finance, and administrative teams. You will translate complex programs, community needs, and measurable outcomes into concise and persuasive funding narratives. Strong organization and deadline management will be essential as you coordinate multiple submissions and reporting requirements.
