This is a strategic, highly analytical role responsible for leading the end-to-end demand planning process across U.S. and international markets.You will own an 18-month rolling forecast across multiple channels, regions, and product categories.The role plays a central part in connecting commercial demand signals with supply, inventory, and financial planning.You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to create accurate and actionable forecasts.Using data, scenario planning, and continuous improvement, you will identify risks and opportunities before they impact the business.You will also lead the demand component of S&OP/IBP and help strengthen forecasting systems, processes, and decision-making.This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a mission-driven, innovation-focused environment serving customers across global markets.
