The role combines fleet safety expertise, data analysis, coaching, technology, and cross-functional leadership. You will use telematics, video analytics, incident trends, and near-miss data to identify risks and implement targeted interventions. You will also shape driver training, fatigue management, defensive driving, and safety technology programs.
