About the role:

We are searching for a highly adaptable, motivated, and execution-oriented Senior Executive Assistant. This EA will work directly with the Head of Global Account Development and team and will be responsible for executing business-related administrative duties such as calendaring, travel, expenses, event planning, and ad hoc project management. The ideal candidate is self-directed, a fast learner capable of managing a varied workload from multiple inputs, and can prioritize the day-to-day against the bigger picture. 

This is a remote position based in the US and requires travel up to 20% of the time.

In this role, you will: 

  • Be a representative of your executive, including meeting coordination, email correspondence, and liaising externally between internal team such as sales, marketing CS and internally (other departments, key stakeholders)
  • Manage and optimize multiple executive calendars
  • Plan and book complex travel itineraries
  • Manage all work-related expenses and budget
  • Assist in creating and managing agendas for departmental staff meetings
  • Help organize and plan internal events (off-sites, team-building, etc.)
  • Anticipate and react
