This is a senior operations leadership role responsible for owning and optimizing a fast-growing DTC e-commerce ecosystem. You will oversee the systems, processes, platforms, and people that keep Shopify-driven operations running smoothly and independently. The role combines hands-on e-commerce platform management with governance, project leadership, launch execution, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Performance, developers, designers, and external partners. A major focus will be building scalable workflows, reducing operational risk, and improving execution speed and quality. You will also use analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools to increase team productivity and operational consistency.
