We're looking for a Senior Director of Solutions Engineering & Value Consulting to be the strategic leader of our pre-sales technical organization, a force multiplier across our entire revenue motion. You'll lead two of Webflow's highest impact GTM functions: a world class Solutions Engineering team that drives technical validation through strategic value-based motions, and a Value Consulting practice focused on creating scalable tooling and frameworks that embeds customer value as the only way to sell and expand Webflow. For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
