Sr. Corporate Development Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Corporate Development Associate based in United States. This is a highly autonomous corporate development role focused on building and advancing a pipeline of high-quality vertical-market software investment opportunities. You will identify and assess prospective acquisitions while developing trusted relationships with founders, owners, and senior executives. Working closely with senior leadership and the M&A execution team, you will help move the strongest opportunities from initial research through evaluation, offers, and closing. The role combines investment judgment, commercial curiosity, relationship-driven sourcing, and strategic analysis. You will also help strengthen sourcing capabilities across the broader team and improve how opportunities are researched and prioritized.
