You will lead agreements from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and ongoing governance. The role combines sophisticated contract expertise with commercial judgment, risk management, and business enablement. You will partner with legal, security, product, engineering, finance, sales, operations, and risk teams to support strategic business objectives. A key focus will be modernizing contract operations through standardized templates, CLM workflows, automation, reporting, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
