Sr. Community Programs Manager

This role leads the day-to-day programs and experiences that keep a large, diverse community of independent marketers engaged, prepared, and connected to opportunities.You’ll translate community strategy into scalable, human-centered programs across engagement, talent readiness, platform experience, and talent intelligence.The position combines hands-on program operations with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Data, Marketing, Client Experience, and Business Development.You’ll use engagement data and member insights to refine communications, strengthen talent readiness, and identify opportunities for improvement.The role also oversees cohort-based learning programs, community platform operations, credentialing, and re-engagement initiatives.Success requires balancing thoughtful member experiences with automation-first processes that can scale efficiently.This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for a highly organized community leader who thrives in fast-moving environments.
