Sr. AWS Developer, Managed Services

This is a senior technical role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud and contact center solutions powered by AWS. You will work closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable, production-ready technology. The position combines hands-on software development, cloud architecture, technical consulting, and team leadership. A major focus will be building and optimizing Amazon Connect solutions and integrating them with broader business systems. You will have the autonomy to lead technical work on complex projects while helping teams adopt strong engineering and cloud practices.
